Hampshire RR10 League

The Swifts have joined the RR10 league for 2023.

The RR10 league is a series of races organised by running clubs in south-west Hampshire for their members. The races are held on Wednesday evenings during the spring and summer. Entry is free. All of the races are 4-5 miles off-road. The standard of runners varies from 5 to 12 minute milers so, however fast you are, there will always be someone to run with. Please read through the details below and if you are interested in running in any of the events, complete the two required registration steps. Completing these steps does not commit you to running.

Step 1

RR10 Registration

The first form is to register yourself with RR10, including your parkrun number. You will need to bring your parkrun barcode to each event for timing purposes.

Step 2

Event signup

The second form is to register your interest in running at each event. You can update this form as often as you like, however the deadline for updating the form is the Saturday before each Wednesday's race.

Other important info

We will still be organising a local run each Wednesday including trail over the summer
Lift sharing is highly encouraged – we can take 20 runners, so 5 cars will be the aim each week
You must wear a Swifts top
You must bring your parkrun barcode (wrist band recommended)
If we are oversubscribed for a run we will look to be as fair as possible, however full members will be prioritised
We are helping host the final event of the summer, Race 10 at IBM Hursley on 16/08. It would be fantastic to have a huge Swifts turn out to show off our camaraderie and put on a great season finisher
